A delegation consisting of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Abdur Rab, Dean of IUBAT Business School Dr. Mozaffer Alam Choudhury and BBA Program Coordinator , Dr. Hasunzzaman Tushar participated in the 2025 Kunming Forum on Education Cooperation in the South and South Asian University Presidents Forum in Kunming, China on 23 October 2025. The event was hosted by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education and organized by Yunnan University. The South and South Asian Universities Network(S&SAUN) is an association of 110 universities of China and Southeast Asia, of which IUBAT is a founding member.

The theme of the 4th Forum was “Smart Learning and Inclusive Sharing in Higher Education.”The event was attended by ten foreign diplomats and eighty-six participants from 12 countries of South and Southeast Asia.

Prof. Abdur Rab participated in the 4-member Round Table Discussion session on “Digital Practices for Inclusive Education”. Dr. Rab focused his discussion on the challenges associated with human resource development and strategies for solutions. The Round Table was appreciated by the audience present in the Forum.

The delegation also held a meeting with the members of the administration of the Yunnan School of Business to discuss the issues of preparing a draft of MOU between IUBAT Business School(IBS) and Yunnan School of Business.   It was agreed that the IBS will send a draft MOU for consideration by the Yunnan School of Business.
